About yoga&

When I take a yoga class, I find myself wanting to extend the experience, whether it is by chatting with the teacher at the front desk, or building friendships with the other yogis who decided to roll out their mat. I return to my mat time and time again, not only because of what the actual breath and movement do for me, but also because I love spending time with the positive, energetic community of people, who like me, want to take care of their minds and bodies.

When I started teaching Yoga Sculpt via Zoom, I noticed that even though we no longer were in the same studio, everyone still craved the yogi community and energy. People were logging into class early, and signing off late. I realized that now, more than ever, I was craving a space that is centered around yoga & is community driven. That desire was the beginning of yoga&. At yoga&, I want the dialogue, socializing, interaction, and learning before and after class to be the norm. I want to provide people an intentional opportunity to expand their practice, their community, and their horizons.

The premise of Yoga& is simple. It is yoga and more. Yoga& will not only provide you with your yoga practice, but also provide you with safe opportunities after every in-person class to cultivate relationships, hang out with friends and neighbors, learn from interesting guest speakers, and participate in new activities,: Imagine: yoga&smoothies, yoga&meet and greet, yoga&running, yoga&meditation, yoga&happy hour. There are so many ways to add on to our yoga practice.  What is your &?!

Can’t wait to see you on your mat & beyond!
